Abstract
Background & Purpose: Employee experience plays a crucial role in organizational growth. This study examines employee satisfaction and motivation in an educational and research institution, identifying key influencing factors and proposing corrective strategies.
Methodology: A mixed-methods approach was applied, combining qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews with quantitative data from surveys and statistical analyses. The study is descriptive, applied, inductive, and cross-sectional.
Findings: Results highlight four essential dimensions influencing employee experience: managerial, cultural, work conditions, and knowledge-based components. Effective management, a positive organizational culture, appropriate work conditions, and opportunities for professional development significantly enhance workplace satisfaction. These factors contribute to improved productivity and employee well-being.
Conclusion: This research uniquely integrates a multidimensional framework to assess employee experience in academic institutions, addressing specific challenges and proposing tailored solutions. By focusing on factors that enhance satisfaction and motivation, the study offers valuable insights for future research and practical organizational strategies. Organizations should foster an open and supportive environment that reduces stress, encourages collaboration, and strengthens relationships between employees and management. Improving communication, leadership engagement, and professional development opportunities will enhance employee experience and overall organizational effectiveness
