چکیده
زمینه و هدف: انتخاب نیروی انسانی شایسته برای تصدی موقعیت‌های کلیدی، از دغدغه‌های اصلی مدیریت منابع انسانی است. کانون‌های ارزیابی مبتنی بر وظیفه، با شبیه‌سازی شرایط واقعی شغلی و طراحی تمرین‌های اختصاصی، رویکردی نوین برای ارزیابی دقیق‌تر شایستگی‌ها ارائه می‌دهند. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌ها، مزیت‌ها و چالش‌های این کانون‌ها و نقش آن‌ها در بهبود فرایند گزینش انجام شده است.
روش: این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و از طریق تحلیل محتوای سیستماتیک متن‌های علمی (مقاله‌ها، کتاب‌ها و گزارش‌های پژوهشی) انجام شد. داده‌ها پس از گردآوری، با روش کدگذاری موضوعی تحلیل و مضامین کلیدی استخراج شدند.
یافته‌ها: کانون‌های ارزیابی مبتنی بر وظیفه، از ویژگی‌های متمایزی همچون سفارشی‌سازی ارزیابی، ارتباط با شناسنامه شغلی و تمرکز بر عملکرد عملی برخوردارند. ارزیابی واقع‌گرایانه، جذابیت برای داوطلبان و جامعیت در سنجش شایستگی‌ها، از جمله مزیت‌های اصلی آن‌هاست؛ با این حال، چالش‌هایی مانند پیچیدگی طراحی، هزینه‌بر بودن و نیاز به ارزیابان مجرب نیز شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که این کانون‌ها، در مقایسه با روش‌های سنتی، ارزیابی دقیق‌تر و مرتبط‌تری با نیازهای شغلی ارائه می‌کنند. با وجود چالش‌های اجرایی، کاربرد این روش می‌تواند به بهبود کیفیت فرایند گزینش در سازمان‌ها منجر شود. پیشنهاد می‌شود که مطالعات آتی به بررسی مقایسه‌ای کارایی و تحلیل هزینه ـ فایده این روش بپردازند.
